This is level 9 of Expert, played on a 9×9 board. The hardest step in this level needs the Pair lock technique: two (or three) colors can only use the same two (or three) rows or columns, so every other cell in those lines can be crossed out. Solving it by pure logic takes 20 reasoning steps, and it sits at difficulty 1 out of 5 among the Expert levels.
